  • Unauthorized Access and Notification: Any activities conducted under your account, whether authorized by you or not, are your responsibility. In the event of any unauthorized access, use, or suspected breach of security, you agree to promptly notify Ruxi.

d. Account Sharing: You understand that sharing your account credentials or allowing others to access your account may result in unauthorized actions, potential security risks, and violations of these Terms & Conditions.   • Ruxi’s Right to Take Action: Ruxi reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict access to your account, in part or in whole, if we reasonably believe that your account is being used in violation of these Terms & Conditions or if we determine that such action is necessary to protect the platform, other users, or third parties.

3. Personalized Watch Design

a. Ruxi takes pride in offering users the creative freedom to design personalized watches. By utilizing this feature, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this section.
b. Your Role as Designer: Personalized watches carries the responsibility for the content and originality of your designs. You warrant and represent that the designs you create and submit on the platform do not infringe upon any intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents, and do not violate any local or international laws. Ruxi reserves the right
to refuse or remove any designs that, in our sole discretion, are believed to contravene these terms.
c. Ownership and Licensing: While you retain full ownership of your designs, by using Ruxi, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your designs for the purpose of providing our services, including the production and fulfillment of personalized watches. This license allows us to
showcase your designs on our platform, facilitate the manufacturing process, and promote the diversity and creativity of our user community.
d. License Duration and Termination: You understand that the license granted in section c is necessary for Ruxi to operate, promote, and improve the platform. This license terminates when you delete your designs or your account unless your designs have been shared with others and they have not deleted them.
e. Crediting Creative Contribution: Ruxi will make reasonable efforts to credit you as the creator of your designs where applicable and feasible, recognizing your creative contribution to the personalized watches showcased on the platform.
f. Misuse or Infringement Responsibility: You acknowledge that Ruxi is not responsible for any misuse or infringement of your designs by other users or third parties. It is your responsibility to report any unauthorized use or infringement to us promptly.
g. Data Use for Analytical and Promotional Purposes: Ruxi reserves the right to use aggregated and anonymized data derived from the designs created on the platform for analytical and promotional purposes, provided that such data does not personally identify you or disclose specific details of individual designs.

4. Ordering and Purchasing

a. Overview of Order Terms: Your satisfaction is our priority at Ruxi. Please carefully review the terms outlined in this section before placing an order, as they govern the acceptance, pricing, and processing of orders on our platform.

b. Shipping Times and External Factors: Shipping times and delivery estimates are provided on the platform as a guideline to assist you in planning for the receipt of your order. While we dedicate our efforts to meet these estimates, it’s important to note that unforeseen circumstances may arise that are beyond our control. Factors such as customs delays, extreme
weather conditions, or disruptions in transportation services may impact delivery times. Ruxi shall not be held responsible for any delays caused by such/any external factors.
c. Risk, Title, and Carrier Handling: To safeguard your purchase, we use reputable carriers to handle the transportation of your personalized watches. Risk of loss and title for the items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, we encourage you to track your shipment using the provided tracking information to stay
informed about its progress and estimated delivery date.
d. Responsibility for Shipping Information: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of placing your order. Ruxi is not liable for any delays or non-delivery resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipping details.
e. Lost or Damaged Orders: In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work diligently to resolve the issue, whether through replacement, refund, or an alternative solution, depending on the circumstances.
f. Import Duties and Additional Charges: If you are ordering from outside the country of origin, please be aware that you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. Any additional charges are your responsibility, and you should consult with local customs authorities for information on potential fees.
g. Communication on Shipping Issues: In the event of a significant delay or any issues related to the shipping and delivery of your order, Ruxi will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed and updated on the status of your shipment.
h. Inspection and Reporting of Shipping Issues: We recommend inspecting the packaging for any signs of damage upon receipt. If you observe any damage to the package, please document it with the carrier and promptly notify us. Failure to report shipping-related issues within a timeframe of 7 days may impact our ability to address your concerns.

Unreceived Package Disputes: At the moment the delivery person marks the package as delivered, and if you find that you have not received the package, Ruxi cannot be held responsible for refunds or replacements under these circumstances. In such instances, it is imperative to address the issue directly with the delivery company. Ruxi will assist and support you in providing any necessary information for resolution, but ultimate responsibility for unreceived packages lies with the delivery company. Please ensure prompt communication with the delivery company to facilitate a swift resolution to the matter.
